It depends on the rules in your state. We are in California, so do not know about your state. Your agent is getting paid a commission for all your questions, so there is no reason to feel bad, that's their duty and obligation to you under agency law.

Thank you for your response. The cover letter states we need to close by 11/16/09 and overnite the funds. However, the approval letter says that funds must be received by 11/16/09. We were supposed to close last week so we weren't concerned about it and the delay is too long of a story to go into but here we are...up against the deadline and have been asking for an updated approval letter since prior to last week...

Hi Anna. Things in WA are good. Lots of changes but lots of opportunity. Short Sales don't have much attention like they do in CA, NV & AZ. My brother has joined me in the business (he's licensed with RSVP Real Estate in Bellevue, WA) so I'm excited to work with him and one reason I'm here. I used to live in Vegas (97-06 Still go back & forth) so hence the Vegas #...didn't want to change...still doing business there. And yes, I am a SSG member and which is great too. I assume that you are? I'm having fun...most of the time...just challenging. : )
