Since he will be 1099'd since the property is a lot we are working with AmTrust's loss/ mitigation dept. to find out if we can find a way around the deficiency judgement and or 1099. I will keep you updated! And Thanks so much for the referral, we will take any Lee County Short Sale referral!!!!
