You mentioned a month or two ago that you had a GMAC second. I'm stuck on mine, any ideas you can pass along? They want 6K on the second, first will only provide 3K. Neither will budge. My first SS with two lenders, several one lender SS closed, but no ideas how to break down this wall. Thanks if you can shed some light.
