Actually you have all the info right there....thats why it was declined. If your buyer really wants the house and have the 10K they can make the contribution and WHAM!...you will get approved.

Does't add up. I just closed one with the today. Did the seller have a real hardship? Did the bank want them to come in with a contribution and the seller declined? Sounds like there is more going on here...

I do have a backdoor to EMC but you are not the listing agent. If you were, I would be able to help. Perhaps you are not getting the whole picture from the listing agent, perhaps there want more cash from the seller....
