Current 60 Unit resort development Northern Washington underway for Spring 2010. Placed commerical sales packages with International parties from Canada, Washington and India. Short Sales done on referrals. Put together a shortsale with WAC with a FHA buyer within 30 day period Oct 1st 2009.
