There is strength in numbers. I have been doing commercial short sales which for the most part were portolio but I have been just beat to a pulp. I have been doing short sales since about 1996 or so before they were so abundant. Back then all the lenders thought I was calling their bluff. I look forward to reading and learning from people and applying it to my daily short sale arsenol. Nice to see your smiling face again.
