Jared, Why not put the other 2% on the Buyer's side? Did they say "no" to that? You could take the amount they're discounting, put it on the last line of the 2nd page of the HUD as a referral instead if you wanted to. Just an idea.

WHoops. We just redid our entire website and that must have been missed. I've updated the website so the link above works. however, it's the same HUD-1 as before. I'm interested in any comments and updates that you make.

I agree with Sean below. I think, if anything, the new huds would be confusing to submit with the package. Just the old fashioned 2 page net sheet works fine.

Our estimated HUD-1's are just Net Sheets in a form that the reps are used to seeing. There is no need for us to use the new HUD-1's that will be required at closing.
