Twenty years as a lender (about 5,000 purchase transactions) and 10 years as an agent/team leader (about 2,000 sides... 90% List 10% Buyer)

I'm with Keller Williams - just like the culture - and have solely worked on short sales for the past 2.5 years.

While I've taken the courses (CDPE and CSSP), I still prefer to work with a full time Attorney negotiator... I'd rather focus on marketing and community outreach.
