Leaving utilties on in properties once homeonwer moves out

I have a question. Is it best to leave utilities on in the homes that clients have vacated before the sale is approved? I have heard yes, and no. what say you guys and gals?

- Hi! I am a 57 yr old wife, mother, grandmother, and business woman! I was a business manager for 12 yrs making lots of money for my employer. Desired to be my own boss. Knew that I had the skills and gift to do so. we lost our jobs, my brother in law, jim Ferebee was into this already, so I started working with him. He trained me, and now we have an LLC. ( He gave it to me for Christmas 3 yrs ago.) Great brother in law, and great Christmas gift! I now have my own short sale business. started SLOW, but am slowly improving, and will just be glad when I am self sufficient. as a business. Jim said you guys were great so here i am. I am sure will learn a great deal from this site! Plus maybe pass on some good advice. I want to succeed in this as I truly want to have a better later life now, so we can support the ministries I really desire to support! Thanks much and God bless.....btw...I am and have been active in advocating for others, either in school issues with kids, or church issues.( have been coordinators of several ministries) and am currently so. ) so helping the homeowner in this sort of issue is right up my alley! Citi setup for docs/client forms

Greetings, just wanted to share or vent???? faxed 60 pages with citi's own forms at the head, just as they ask. Called 48 business hours later, was told they werent all in the system to call back. called back next day? lady said only some were there to call back next day. I even gave her page numbers to help her look. so called back next day, 1st man was rude....says they werent there couldnt tell me what happened, to call back. so I called back, FINALLY< got a young man, who wasnt very…
