Any suggestions/feedback for a buyer waiting out an IndyMac short sale? Is there any way that I can check status or help lean on IndyMac? Can I validate that the selling agents are providing all the information that has been requested?

I have experienced shock with decision of Indymac to accept offer $88,000 less than my client's.Do I have to call FBI or it is normal practice in the USA bank sistem, after they got bailed out by the taxpayers ?
